We are looking for a strong front office person to join our team in Saskatoon.
This is a busy shop. Phones ring, customers walk in, things change quickly and we need someone who can stay organized, communicate clearly, and keep things moving without getting overwhelmed.
You dont need to know everything, but you do need to be the kind of person who will figure things out and follow through.
What you'll be doing:
Greeting customers and answering phones
Booking appointments and helping manage the daily schedule
Keeping customers informed while their vehicle is in the shop
Data entry and general office work
Light bookkeeping
Supporting the team so jobs move through the shop properly
Help with incoming parts labeling, organizing, and getting them to the right technician

What experience you need:
3+ years of customer service, reception, or office experience preferred
Strong computer and data entry skills
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Able to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable finding answers and learning new systems
Good judgment, including conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
Bookkeeping or office administration training is an asset
Automotive or collision repair experience is an asset, but not required
Clear, professional English communication required (in person and on the phone)
