Join Our Team as a Landscape Equipment Operator! - Starting Spring 2026

SeeMoreGreen Landscaping is hiring a Landscape Construction Crew Lead & Equipment Operator to join our team for the 2026 season. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and leading a crew to complete high-quality commercial landscape construction projects.

LOCATION: REGINA

What you will do:

Lead and work alongside a crew on commercial landscape construction projects
Operate equipment such as skid steer, mini excavator, loader, and compactor
Perform grading, excavation, trenching, and material handling
Coordinate daily tasks, crew activities, tools, and materials
Read and interpret site plans and construction drawings
Install hardscape features (paving stone, retaining walls, concrete prep)
Complete softscape work (topsoil, planting, sod, irrigation)
Train and mentor crew members to maintain quality and safety standards
Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and organized
Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance
What were looking for:

2+ years experience in landscape construction or related field
Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred
Strong equipment operating skills (skid steer, excavator, loader, etc.)
Experience with hardscape construction (paving stone, retaining walls, grading, concrete prep)
Knowledge of softscape and horticulture practices
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (G endorsement or 1A considered an asset)
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
