Join Our Team as a Landscape Maintenance Field Worker  Starting Spring 2026!

SeeMoreGreen is hiring hardworking and reliable Landscape Maintenance Field Workers to join our Regina team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality workmanship, and want to be part of a strong crew, wed like to hear from you.

MUST HAVE a valid Saskatchewan drivers license and reliable transportation.

Applicants must currently reside in Canada (Regina, SK area).

What you will do:
Assist with lawn care and landscape maintenance on residential and commercial sites
Operate and maintain power tools and small engine equipment
Operating landscaping equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.)
Perform general labour duties including raking, shoveling, spreading materials, planting, trimming, and cleanup
Load/unload tools and materials and maintain a safe, organized job site
Complete basic daily paperwork and attendance reporting

What you bring:
Previous experience in landscape construction, maintenance, or similar outdoor work is preferred.
Experience using hand and power tools
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Valid Class 5 Drivers License and reliable transportation
Smartphone with data plan for daily reporting
Work schedule is Sunday to Thursday
Trailer towing experience is an asset
