Moose Jaw Co-op is seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator at our Home & Agro Centre in Avonlea, SK.

As the Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the overall operation of the facilitys office through daily administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for members and customers and will redirect inquiries to the appropriate resource or manager when needed. The Administrative Coordinator is a critical part of the team at our location, and will:
Ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the customer experience
Consistently provide exceptional customer service and reception
Interacting with customers over the phone, in person, and/or via email
Assist customers by completing product and service orders, arranging logistics
Receive and post payments to customer accounts
Assist customers with account inquiries
Track inventory movement and monitor inventory levels
Process documents in our point of sale / accounting system
Collaborate with other team members/departments to complete required tasks
Prepare, review, and file confidential documents, reports, and other correspondence materials
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Post-secondary education in administration or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately
Proficient computer skills with a sound comfort using the MS Office suite of tools
Experience in a retail environment
