Moose Jaw Co-op is seeking a full-time Liquor, Tobacco, & Confectionary Supervisor at our Home & Agro Centre in Avonlea, SK.  

Why You'll Love This Role:
As the Liquor, Tobacco & Confectionary Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, and planning for the direction of, the Liquor, Tobacco, & Confectionary department. You will support budgeted goals related to pricing, sales, margin, expenses, and inventory and execute departmental initiatives that support the Moose Jaw Co-op's vision, mission and values. You will participate in achieving established objectives in terms of brand, customer experience, employee experience, quality, and timeliness of delivery and identify areas for improvement. You will be fostering a positive work environment that enables the engagement of all employees in the pursuit of desired results. You will have the opportunity to:

-Assist in planning, monitoring, and managing internal projects from initiation to completion.
-Identify and provide appropriate training to Team Members.
-Be responsible for participating in recruitment, onboarding, retention, training, performance management, scheduling, and timecard management.
-Actively monitor areas of responsibility for theft and loss prevention risks.

What Makes You a Great Fit:
Grade 12 education
1-3 years of relevant experience required with 1+ years of leadership experience preferred
Serve it Right Saskatchewan (SIRS) will be required
Must be capable of lifting up to 50lbs
Working knowledge and experience with inventory
Willing and able to work weekdays and weekends
