Job Description: Under the direction of the Manager of Nursing, the registered nurse or registered psychiatric nurse will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care in psychiatry.

Education- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing (BPN)
Other Education and Training- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable
Knowledge and Abilities- Knowledge in community psychiatric nursing practice
Other Information- Registered/eligible with College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK - CRPNS
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
