We are seeking a reliable and organized Full-Time Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys preparing hearty, well-executed meals in a collaborative environment. You will work closely with our weekday cook to ensure smooth meal planning, preparation, and service.

Responsibilities
-Plan, organize, and prepare meals according to menus and events
-Coordinate with the weekday cook to ensure consistency and efficiency
-Prepare ingredients and complete meal prep in advance
-Assemble and plate meals for service
-Set up and maintain a clean, organized kitchen and service area
-Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are followed
-Lead evening and weekend meal service as required
