Prince Albert Downtown Business Improvement District (PADBID)
Make downtown Prince Albert vibrant, prosperous, and unforgettable.
As Executive Director, you will report to the Board of Directors and turn our shared vision into reality: a thriving downtown that is a safe, attractive place to live, work, shop, and celebrate. You will provide inspiring leadership, drive strategic priorities, manage operations and staff, support committees, and ensure the long-term financial health and success of the organization.

  Financial planning, budgeting, and risk management

  Marketing, promotions, and resource development
  Operational excellence
  Human resources and team leadership

What Youll Bring
  A degree or equivalent experience in business, nonprofit management, finance, or a related field
  3+ years of progressive management experience, ideally in a nonprofit or membership-based organization
  Strong business acumen and proven ability to manage budgets and drive results
  Demonstrated success working collaboratively with a board of directors
  Excellent interpersonal, communication, marketing and organizational skills
  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn and master any additional software or digital tools required for financial reporting, marketing, communications, stakeholder management, and daily operations.
  An entrepreneurial, innovative mindset with a track record of creative problem-solving
  Dynamic, charismatic presence  you thrive as the public face of an organization
  A leadership style rooted in integrity, respect, consultation, and empowerment
  Eligibility to work in Canada
  Experience in public relations, social media marketing, events, or fundraising
