Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and observant individuals to join our team as Casual Security Personnel. This role focuses on maintaining a safe environment while supporting a positive guest experience. Ideal for individuals seeking flexible or casual work, including those who are semi-retired.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Enforce venue policies and procedures
Monitor access points, including bag checks as required
Patrol the facility to deter and address concerns
Support crowd management during events
Assist guests, including those requiring accessibility support
Respond to incidents and emergencies appropriately
Assist with emergency procedures
Work collaboratively with event staff
Complete incident reports

Requirements:
Experience in security or related field preferred
Strong observation and communication skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Physically able to stand for extended periods
First Aid and OH&S an asset
