YOULL HELP WITH:
- Assist with overseeing of the daily operations and management of the Gas Bar/Liquor store and cardlock in accordance with Gateway Co-ops policies, procedures, and overall expectations.
- Provide direction and leadership to continue to build an outgoing, positive, and highly motivated team.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, retention, training, development and performance management.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide leadership in the areas of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) and ensure policies are being followed.
REQUIREMENTS YOU NEED:
- 1  2 years of experience in a retail environment with 1 years of management experience in a fast-paced retail environment; experience within the Co-op Retailing System (CRS) would be an asset.
- Demonstrate effective team leadership skills and have the ability to work well within a multigenerational, highly motivated team.
- Have a valid class 5 Saskatchewan license and clean driving record.
- Have a clear criminal record check and must be bondable.
