POSITION SUMMARY
This role oversees petroleum operations to meet financial goals, provides strategic direction, manages schedules and orders, maintains the cardlock network, and drives sales and member relations for Gateway Co-op.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrates knowledge of retail operations, petroleum industry practices, and relevant safety and legislative requirements.
- Contributes to business strategies that improve bulk petroleum performance and sales.
- Plans and coordinates sales initiatives for departmental growth and tracks promotional effectiveness.
- Provides quality customer service and manages inquiries or complaints.
- Analyzes inventory and reconciliation reports for cardlock and truck transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 12 years of retail experience, including 1 year in management within a fast-paced setting; experience in the Co-operative Retail System is an asset.  High understanding of petroleum products.
- Strong team leadership and ability to collaborate.
- Valid Class 3 or 3A Saskatchewan drivers license with a clean abstract required. Clear criminal record check and bondable.
