Join the SPARK at Weyburn Credit Union (WCU) as a Member Account Representative. We are looking for an individual who is agile, people centered, and comfortable in continuously evolving environments. The individual we are seeking should be local or within a reasonable commute to Weyburn, SK.
  As a Member Account Representative, you play a vital role in supporting our member-facing teams. Under the guidance of the Member Relationship Manager, you will assist with the daily account management needs of both our consumer and commercial/business account officers. You will also engage directly with members, delivering highquality service and fostering strong relationships. Your SPARK (Qualifications):
Grade 12 or equivalent education plus 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven customer service or retail experience. Experience in the banking industry or financial services is considered an asset.
Working experience with Adobe and other desktop and web applications is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
