North Woods Renovations is looking for an experienced carpenter to step into a Site Lead role and help manage residential construction and renovation projects.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with both clients and crew, and enjoys taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

About the Role:

- Lead and coordinate work on residential job sites
- Work directly with clients in a professional and solutions-focused way
- Read and interpret plans and scopes of work
- Maintain quality control and keep projects moving efficiently
- Collaborate with ownership on scheduling, progress, and problem-solving


Our Work Includes:

- New construction and additions
- Structural repairs and alterations
- Framing, windows and doors
- Full interior renovations (kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, trim, drywall, tile, paint, etc.)
- Exterior work (siding, decks, roofing, flashing, etc.)
- Operating equipment such as telehandler and mini-excavator


What Were Looking For:

- 10+ years carpentry experience (or equivalent skill level)
- Strong understanding of residential construction from start to finish
- Ability to read plans and execute work confidently
- Leadership mindset with the ability to guide a crew
- Professional communication and client-facing experience
- Reliable, organized, and accountable
- Valid drivers license

Journeyman certification is an asset, but not required for the right candidate.
