Suncrest College welcomes applications for the position of Instructor in our Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Ultrasound) program. This is a Full-time, term opportunity, taking place from August 1, 2026  June 30, 2027, in Yorkton, SK.

The Opportunity:
This position is primarily responsible for the lab instruction of the Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Ultrasound) Advanced Diploma program. The course curriculum is directed by Red River College Polytech. The instructor must plan, teach, coach, evaluate and record learner progress and supervise learners in lab settings in accordance with the competency profile for Sonography Canada.

Requirements:
-The minimum educational qualification for this position is a Diploma in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from a recognized institution. A bachelors degree in education and/or science is considered an asset.
-The minimum amount of practical, related experience required to perform the duties of this position is two years recent and relevant experience as a general sonographer.
-Active registration with national/provincial professional bodies and regulatory college.
- Applicants must meet Red River College Polytech accreditation requirements.
- Demonstrated experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
- Valid Saskatchewan Driver's license is required.
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check required.
