We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Process invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets and profit & loss statements
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies
Support audits and liaise with external accountants when needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Strong communication and problem-solving s
