The Seasonal Area Sales Associate is responsible for sales, merchandising, inventory control, and customer service functions within designated seasonal departments. These departments rotate throughout the year and include lawn & garden, outdoor living, BBQ, and patio, outdoor power equipment, seasonal decor, winter supplies, snow removal products, farm 7 ranch supply, and more.
This position requires strong product knowledge , proactive selling skills, and ownership mentality over assigned categories.The
associate ensures seasonal departments are sales-driven, properly merchandised, well stocked, and professionally maintained to meet the needs of both residential and agricultural customers. This is a full-time, customer facing role requiring flexibility during peak seasonal periods.
