A recently incorporated company (2024), Bourgault Machines INC., is in the process of developing an extensive line of innovative products for skid loaders, tractors, wheel loaders, telehandlers, and other motorized equipment.  It is also currently in the process of building a new, state of the art, 32,000 square foot factory and office complex at St. Brieux, Saskatchewan with move-in starting in June with production expected to commence in September.   Bourgault Machines INC. is looking for an experienced designer to design jigs, fixtures and tooling for efficiently producing the company's products.  This person would also be expected to provide input to the team of product designers (DFMA) by making suggestions for shaping their designs so that they meet functional performance requirements but also minimize manufacturing costs and promote a high level of manufacturing efficiency.  This individual would report to the Production Engineering Leader. To be a successful candidate, this person must have previously demonstrated the ability to work collaboratively and harmoniously in a team environment that is operating and evolving at a fast pace.

The company uses SolidWorks so proficiency with this software is a requirement. The wage range is from $70,000 to $120,000 per annum, plus benefits, depending on experience and capabilities.
