We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team.
What Youll Do:
-Collaborate with Account Managers to support clients advertising campaigns.
-Analyze campaign data to evaluate performance and identify trends.
-Present results to clients, explain findings, and recommend improvements.
-Suggest changes to tactics or strategies based on performance insights.
-Identify opportunities to offer additional services to meet client goals.
-Build lasting client relationships to promote loyalty and retention.
