Position Overview:
The Program Coordinator plays a vital role in the operations of HRC. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Program Coordinator is responsible for upkeep of the HRC house, administration, onboarding and offboarding of Program Support staff, scheduling, intakes and a part of the on-call rotation.

Qualifications:
This person will have general knowledge and broad awareness of the issues that program participants may experience as a result of sexual exploitation/trafficking, an understanding of impacts on sex workers in Saskatchewan, a general understanding of trauma informed practices, including the individual and systemic factors and complex issues related to trauma. This person has strong interpersonal skills, can act calmly in the event of a stressful situation and can work independently. Basic understanding of program administration.

Comprehensive benefits package including vacation days, personal days and additional banked days in lieu of on-call week. Flexible schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Some weekends and evenings may be required.
