Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the positions of casual seasonal Greenhouse Attendants (3 Positions) from May 5  June 20, 2026, at our Food Store location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Produce Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Water, fertilize, and care for plants according to schedules.
Clean and organize greenhouse areas and workspaces.
Assist customers with plant selection and care advice.
Follow safety procedures when handling tools and chemicals.
Assist with inventory and stocking of supplies like soil and fertilizer.
Perform other duties as assigned.
You have a passion for plants and interest in gardening or horticulture.
You have basic knowledge on plants, flowers, and gardening; green house experience would be considered an asset
You have the ability to fulfill physical job requirements, lifting and loading products, Ability to work in warm, humid conditions.
You have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment.
You have a flexible work schedule including evening and weekend work are required.
