Candidates must be approachable, self-motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to work flexible hours and perform effectively under physically and mentally demanding conditions, including extreme and changing weather.
To qualify, candidates must hold a valid Class 1A drivers licence and be prepared to provide a current drivers abstract if invited to interview. The role requires physical stamina for heavy lifting and physically demanding labour, as well as basic computer skills to manage email, submit timecards and expense claims, and maintain accurate records.
