Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours, perform physically and mentally demanding tasks, and operate effectively in extreme and changing weather conditions.
To qualify, candidates must hold a valid Class 1A drivers licence and be prepared to provide a current drivers abstract if invited to interview. The role requires physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual labour, as well as basic computer skills to manage email, submit timecards and expense claims, and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities include operating, servicing, and maintaining heavy equipment such as tandem trucks with specialized attachments, motor graders, and front-end loaders during summer and winter maintenance.
