Description

Duties and responsibilities:
The Business Centre Assistant is responsible for the efficient delivery of Branch financial and administrative functions and providing customer service for all Business Centre areas.

Duties include:
-    Preparation, reporting and delivery of bank deposits.
-    Administration of Branch Purchase Order System, and reporting of petty cash system.
-    Maintenance, processing and reporting of both Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Systems for the Branch.
-    Preparation and distribution of Business Centre Work Orders.
-    Processing and reporting of month end reports.
-    Maintenance and preparation of Business Centre quarterly inventory sheets.
-    Provide Customer Service for Business Centre areas including taking orders, providing quotes, responding to customer enquiries, development, and maintenance of customer base.
-    Responsible for calculation and monthly submission of Business Centre trainees Training Allowance to Financial Services and receiving and distributing direct deposit notifications.
-    Responsible for maintenance of Business Centre trainees sick leave and vacation records.

Qualifications:
-    Post Secondary Education in Office Administration or equivalent work experience.
-    Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Drivers Licence.
-    Basic accounting practices and procedures and use of spreadsheets and data-based programs.
-    Strong mathematical skills.
-    Strong customer service, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Proven multi-tasking and teamwork skills.

Final Candidates are required to provide satisfactory criminal record checks including a vulnerable sector search.
