Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Finance, The Human Resource (HR) Generalist at BGC Saskatoon supports the organizations mission by delivering comprehensive human resources services across the employee lifecycle. This role leads full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, including coordination of hiring documentation and orientation, maintenance of employee HR records, and the administration of BGC Saskatoon benefit programs. The HR Generalist provides guidance on employee relations matters, supports workplace investigations, and supports management teams on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices. The HR Generalist models BGC Saskatoons core values and fosters an inclusive, respectful, and engaging environment.
The HR Generalist represents BGC Saskatoon by maintaining a positive and professional attitude while upholding the organization's mission, vision, and core values. This is a full-time position that is eligible for the full benefits package provided by BGC Saskatoon and may require work outside of normal business hours to support events, meetings, and community initiatives.
