Description

We are seeking a reliable and self motivated individual to join our team.  The ideal candidate must be able to work in various weather conditions, perform physically demanding tasks,  and operate independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Perform job duties in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and rain.
-Lift and carry up to 50lbs as part of daily tasks.
-Safely operate company equipment and tools as required.
-Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
-Complete tasks efficiently without direct supervision.
-Drive to job sites as needed
Requirements:
-Ability to work in all weather conditions.
-Capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs.
-Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
-Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
-Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
