Analyzing, researching, designing, and documenting broker technology projects and coordinating their implementation
Determining testing requirements, developing test plans, and providing frontline support for web applications, web content, third-party vendor solutions, and broker interfaces

Leading system processing changes in consultation with the Supervisor, Technology, including identifying requirements, proposing solutions, testing, validating, and implementing changes
Coordinating, testing, and monitoring the implementation of new products and resolving operational issues with Sandbox departments and brokers

WHAT YOU BRING TO SANDBOX

Experience & Credentials: Minimum five (5) years experience in property & casualty insurance, with knowledge of data mapping, CSIO standards, and computer programming considered an asset. A CIP designation and a diploma in a computer-related discipline are definite benefits
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of broker systems, product implementation, and data management
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Decision Making: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
