The Business Performance Consultant supports corporate and departmental initiatives focused on improving processes, performance, and service delivery. This role leads and supports projects, conducts research and analysis, and provides practical recommendations that strengthen programs, services, and operational results across the organization.
What You Bring
- Strong knowledge of business analysis, project management, and change management practices
- Ability to analyze complex processes, identify gaps, and develop practical solutions
- Confident facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience developing training, documentation, and performance measures
