We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team and drive the future growth of Protex Environmental, with focus on our Solid Waste Services Division across central and northern Saskatchewan!

You will be the driving force behind our sales pipeline, responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, creating a strong first impression, and converting those opportunities to successful client acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect for new clients and identify key decision-makers within target companies through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Clearly articulate the Protex Environmental value proposition to potential customers.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities and meetings scheduled.
- Become an expert on our solid waste and recycling solutions to effectively answer questions from clients or prospective customers
- Maintain current client relationships through regular interactions, check-ins, and service requests
Skills and Experience:
- Technical aptitude and a keen ability to learn the details of our diverse industrial and environmental services.
- A competitive spirit and a strong desire to begin or advance a career in sales.
- Experience in the waste, industrial, or construction sectors is an asset but not required. A great attitude and a drive to succeed are most important.
- Experience in a role involving customer service, sales, or high-volume outbound communication is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is required.
