Description

We are a leading abrasive blasting and industrial painting and coating company committed to delivering high-quality surface preparation and coating services across a range of projects. Our team is dedicated to safety, precision, and excellence in every job we undertake.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to lead and oversee quality control processes across our operations. This role is responsible for ensuring all work meets industry standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, maintain quality control procedures and documentation
Develop and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
Perform inspections of surface preparation and coating applications
Ensure compliance with project specs, codes, and industry standards
Coordinate with project managers, field teams, and clients on quality-related matters
Prepare and maintain detailed inspection and quality reports
Lead internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide guidance and training to field personnel on quality standards and best practices

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality role within a related industry
AMPP Certified Coating Inspector (NACE CIP Level 2) or higher (REQUIRED)
Strong understanding of coating systems, surface preparation standards, and inspection techniques
Familiarity with industry standards including CSA, NACE, SSPC, AMPP, ASTM, AWWA, and ISO
Experience with below-ground coatings and requirements for CSA Z245.30
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities

Assets (Preferred)
Hands-on field experience in sandblasting and painting operations
Previous experience working with TC Energy and/or Enbridge projects
Familiarity with pipeline or oil & gas industry standards and specifications
