Summer Student JobWorking closely with the Lead Cook at Thompsons Resort, you will contribute to the successful operation of the restaurant by preparing menu items and plating dishes according to the restaurant menu. Cook will follow instructions and have responsibilities delegated by the Head Chef or Lead Cook in the general operation of the kitchen, including food prep, cleaning, and rotating of stock.

Operate large-volume cooking equipment
such as deep fryers, grills, pizza oven
