Busy fleet shop looking for Service Writer/Parts Person

Duties include but not limited to:

- Answer phones
- Booking appointments
- Writing up work orders and following them through the entire repair process, including quoting parts and labour, discussing with the customer, and taking payment.
- We offer pick up and drop off service to our fleet customers, driving fleet vehicles will be required.
- Maintaining the office appearance
- Processing monthly account payments
- Checking in parts and keeping inventory levels accurate
- Shuttle service of customers when required
