Description

Bourgault Industries is currently looking for a Main Receptionist/Finance Team Member to join our team in St. Brieux! The successful candidate will perform receptionist duties and provide finance administrative assistance as requested. Our ideal candidate has great communication skills, high organizational abilities and a  friendly & welcoming attitude! Please note, this is a temporary position with a 1 year term.

Responsibilities:
-Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person
-Answer telephone and forward calls to the correct department or individual
-Prepare outgoing mail and sort incoming mail
-Order and maintain office supplies
-Provide assistance to accounts receivable and accounts payable as required
-Assist other departments when needed

Qualifications:
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Able to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong organizational skills
-Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
-Education and/or experience in office administration is an asset
