Description

We are a family owned, flooring store.  We sell flooring, paint and blinds.  We also do installs of flooring and blinds.

We're looking for a reliable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse & Operations Associate to join our team. This role is key to keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly from receiving inventory to supporting deliveries and maintaining an efficient warehouse.

What You'll Do:

Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery, pickup or install
Maintain accurate inventory, assist with stock counts and ordering
Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized
Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks
Mix paint
Support the team with general operational tasks as needed

What Were Looking For:

Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to lift and move heavy items
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Dependable and punctual
Forklift experience is an asset (but not required, we will train)
Valid drivers license is an asset
