What Youll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
Lead underwriting operations across personal lines, farm, commercial, and liability
Provide leadership, mentorship, and day-to-day support to a strong underwriting team
Guide complex and escalated underwriting decisions with sound judgement and confidence
Build and strengthen relationships with brokers, acting as a trusted partner and escalation point
Contribute to the evolution of underwriting practices, guidelines, and risk appetite
Monitor portfolio performance, trends, and exposure to support informed decision-making
Collaborate closely with Claims, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams
Champion continuous improvement across underwriting processes, tools, and workflows
Leverage data, insights, and technology to enhance consistency and decision quality
Support a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth
