Job Order Detail

Description

1. Perform minor repairs such as fixing doors, locks, and basic  plumbing issues.
2. Do routine maintenance tasks including painting, patching walls, and replacing light bulbs.
3. Ensure safety of building and the whole premises, taking into account hazards.
4. Operate cleaning equipment such as floor machines, vacuums, carpet cleaners safely and efficiently.
5. Inspect buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
6. Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
7. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
8. Monitor inventory of cleaning equipment used by staff and authorized personnel.
9. Move equipment and furniture as needed.
