Potzus Ltd. is one of Saskatchewan's largest heavy construction companies. Established in 1966, we are a second generation family owned and operated business. We provide top quality work to the Government of Saskatchewan, various municipalities, First Nations and the private sector. Day to day operations include; excavation, earth moving, site development, aggregate production, and paving.

We are currently looking for Paver Operaor and Screed operator For work on paving crew during season 2026. Work will include road construction and paving in across highways in Saskatchewan.

Candidates needs to be familiar with CAT Pavers, paving operations, compaction, as well as experience in road construction, is a must. The operator must have at least 2 years of experience on transfer unit, paver, rubber tire or steel drum rollers, (asphalt breakdown/finishing experience), tractor/packer or equivalent experience.

Job Details:

-10 days on 4 days off.
-work with paving crew.

What you need:

-Able to work outdoors.
-Past experience on a road-building crew.
-Responsibility for yourself and others in a safety-conscious environment.
-Must be physically fit, be on your feet for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50lbs.
