North Ridge Development Corporation, a leader in the residential construction industry, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Saskatoon office.  This position requires someone who thrives in high paced environments to oversee residential single-family home construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.  This role is responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget, and to company quality and safety standards, while working closely with internal teams, trades, and clients throughout the build process.

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead and manage project schedules, trade coordination, and overall site execution across residential construction projects
Oversee project budgets, including approval of invoices and change orders, while maintaining accountability for cost performance
Conduct regular site reviews to monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements
Direct permitting, inspection processes, and service coordination to ensure timely project progression
Ensure full compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company accuracy expectations
Identify, assess, and resolve project risks and issues, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and overall project objectives

Education, Experience and Skills Required:
Diploma or Bachelors degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, in a related construction or business field
Minimum 5 years experience of progressive project management and leadership experience within a construction setting
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Proven experience managing construction projects across the entire cycle (preferably residential)
Understanding of construction sequencing, drawings, codes and permitting
Experience with project management software (Buildertrend, Procore, etc.)
Must be a resident of Saskatchewan and be legally able to work in Canada
