Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist Manager with daily store operations and leading junior staff.
2. Assist Manager with training and supervision of employees.
3. Responsible for providing a high level of customer service and sales.
4. Processing transactions, assisting with inventory control, ordering product, pricing and merchandising product.
5. Operate point-of-sales (POS) systems, inventory software, MI9, JDE, outlook, Microsoft offices and actively support keeping merchandise secure.
6. Ongoing housekeeping to present a clean, well-merchandised department.
7. Able to do heavy lifting and use of ladders.
8. A desire and ability to work with the public.
9. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Looking for an experienced retail professional with a passion for fashion and a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in the profession of selling clothing, footwear and accessories to the public. Heavy lifting is required. Must be proficient with technology. Must be willing to work all shifts. This includes weekends, evenings, and weekday shifts.
