The Opportunity
We are seeking a full time Mutual Fund Administrative Assistant to work in office at our Regina location. You will work closely with advisors and team members in a collaborative environment where initiative, ownership, and curiosity about the full business are valued. This is not purely entry level, though candidates with limited experience and a strong learning mindset are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Draft client letters and correspondence
Maintain organized files, databases, and spreadsheets
Coordinate with Head Office on statements and account matters
Manage mail and bulk mail outs
Answer phone calls, emails, and faxes professionally
Support mutual fund, segregated fund, and GIC transactions
Process purchases, redemptions, switches, maturities (Univeris an asset)
Prepare T2033 transfer and KYC/KYP documentation
Prepare quarterly client statements
Assist with estate settlement documentation
Stay current with regulatory and Head Office procedures
Limited exposure to insurance processing
Qualifications
Financial or mutual fund administration experience preferred
Knowledge of RRSPs, GICs, mutual funds, and related products
Mutual fund license an asset
Strong organization, accuracy, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Willingness to learn in a regulated environment
Salary: $40,000$50,000 (based on experience)

Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 a.m.4:30 p.m.
