This is a temporary full-time position (May 1, 2026-July 31, 2027) with a possibility of extension (35 hours per week).
This position is located at the Central Branch of Regina Public Library provides leadership, supervision, and coordination of Community Outreach Workers delivering on-site outreach, support, referrals, and system navigation services.
The Community Outreach Supervisor is responsible for ensuring high-quality, consistent, and responsive service delivery to Regina Public Library customers, particularly those experiencing vulnerability, marginalization, mental health concerns, addictions, poverty, or homelessness.
In addition to direct service, the Supervisor provides clinical and operational leadership to the outreach team, supports strong collaboration with Regina Public Library personnel, and ensures program accountability through data tracking, reporting, and continuous quality improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Completion of a Bachelors degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education Psychology or related discipline and ability to be registered.
Minimum of 2 years experience with demonstrated knowledge and professional practice skills in frontline services including case management, crisis management, program management, and/or brief service/crisis intervention.
Demonstrated experience providing leadership, supervision, or mentorship to staff is an asset.
Hours: Full-Time (averaging 35 hours per week) 4-week rotating schedule including daytime, evening, and weekend hours. Schedule may be subject to change.
