Description

Regina's locally owned authentic French cafe serving quality coffee, pastries, and brunch. We are looking for an experienced Food Service Supervisor with Customer service, Barista and Kitchen experience.

Key Duties:

Supervise daily cafe and kitchen operations

Lead and support baristas and kitchen staff

Prepare espresso-based drinks and assist with light food prep

Manage schedules, inventory, and staff training

Handle cash, customer feedback, and health/safety compliance

Requirements:

1-2 years in food service + supervisory experience preferred

Strong barista and kitchen skills

Hospitality or food service certification preferred

English proficiency; Food Safety Certification is an asset

Knowledge of French caf culture is a plus
