They are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Manager of Forestry and Horticulture to lead horticulture, forestry, and pest management operations. The ideal candidate brings a diploma or degree in horticulture, arboriculture, urban forestry, or equivalent experience, along with at least five years of progressive, supervisory experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to share information effectively with diverse stakeholders. Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking, expertise in horticulture and forestry, experience managing complex work, and the ability to guide change in the workplace.
