NorTec Electric is a leader in delivering high-quality electrical services, with a strong commitment to excellence and safety in all our projects. As we expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager.

-Proven track record in building and maintaining positive customer relationships
-Deep knowledge of industry products, practices, and standards
-Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
-Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside General -Contractors, Estimators, and Vendors

Core Responsibilities: although not limited to
-Participate in site reviews, prepare project risk assessments, and facilitate tender reviews and hand-offs
-Accurately calculate and produce material and quantity take-offs from design drawings
-Coordinate pricing packages with suppliers, subcontractors, and engineers for tenders
-Review specifications and design drawings to determine work scope, material requirements, and cost estimates
-Participate in tender closeouts with the team, demonstrating flexibility to meet tight deadlines
-Maintain comprehensive files of working documents, serving as backup for estimate figures, and keeping current supplier price lists, unit prices, and quantity estimates
-Analyze estimate packages to ensure the accuracy and completeness of pricing
-Financial Acumen
-Track and manage performance of projects throughout its lifecycle
-Collaborate with project team
-Help develop and implement programs to improve skills of staff as individuals as well as a group

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with ACCUBID software
-Electrician's Journeyman certification
