Description

About us: The AWSA is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and enhancing water resources within the Assiniboine River Watershed.

The AWSA is hiring an Office Administrator (Technology Focus - Entry Level) to support day-to-day administrative and operational systems and assist with process improvements (information management, tracking, and reporting). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable learning new tools.

Duties
Maintain administrative systems (document management, filing, records/retention)
Create and maintain templates, forms, and internal documentation
Support scheduling, approvals, and operational tracking
Provide administrative support for finance/operations/governance and related reporting
Help improve workflows and accuracy (including effective spreadsheet use and automation where appropriate)


Required Education (minimum)
Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

Assets
Bookkeeping/accounting or financial administration experience; familiarity with accounting/financial software; strong spreadsheet skills; experience with structured records/datasets; automation/scripting/programming concepts.
