The Role
As Warehouse Manager, you will:
Oversee all warehouse operations to ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment that meets compliance standards.
Manage shipping, receiving, and logistics processes to maintain smooth and efficient inbound and outbound flows.
Maintain accurate inventory records through regular counts and quick resolution of discrepancies.
Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve high standards in order fulfillment, safety, and productivity.
Continuously improve warehouse layout, storage systems, and workflows to optimize efficiency.
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring safety and operational readiness.

The Ideal Person
The successful candidate will:
Bring proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles, with strong organizational and leadership skills.
Have forklift certification or be willing to obtain certification promptly.
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy and safety compliance.
