What You Bring
- Diploma in civil, environmental, or water resources engineering technology or equivalent experience
- Strong technical skills in databases, analysis software, CAD, GIS, and office productivity tools
- Practical knowledge of roadway design, traffic safety, construction, maintenance, and asset management
- Confidence leading projects, supervising others, and communicating clearly with diverse stakeholders
