Our growth plans require the addition of an Intermediate Design Engineer / Technologist within our engineering team. Your experience combined with knowledge of engineering methods and design software, along with your ability to work as part of a team will allow you to produce safe, innovative products of quality and integrity.
Duties and Responsibilities:    

-Develop and direct detailed plans to accomplish goals and technical activities
-Direct and review product designs and changes
-Work within and contribute to policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed within the company
-Provide technical support for the manufacturing process
-Help ensure the performance and quality of Vale products within their respective industries  
-Technical product support for all equipment already in operation
-Solve, produce and implement solutions
-Provide direction to junior members of the engineering team
-Promote a safe and positive work environment
-Work collaboratively with other members of the team
