Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales & Marketing Representative to grow our customer base and promote our rotational molding capabilities. This role combines technical sales with strategic marketing to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
    Identify and develop new business opportunities in rotomolded products
    Promote custom molding solutions to industrial and commercial clients
    Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and distributors
    Prepare quotes, proposals, and product presentations
    Work closely with production and design teams on custom projects
    Develop and execute marketing strategies (digital campaigns, trade shows, product launches)
    Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors
    Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

Qualifications
    Experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing, plastics, or industrial products
    Knowledge of rotational molding processes (preferred but not required)
    Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly
    Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
    Proficiency in digital marketing tools
