We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate is warm, collaborative, and committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children.

Responsibilities:
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate programming
Maintain Ministry required ratios and ensure children's safety
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Support daily routines, transitions, and classroom management
Contribute to a team based, respectful work environment
Maintain documentation and communication as required

Qualifications:
ECE Level 3 certification (or equivalent recognized by the Ministry)
Current First Aid/CPR
Clear Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience in early learning settings is an asset
