Be part of a mission-driven organization where your work directly supports the sustainability and growth of Inclusion Sask. This role is a proactive, highly organized contributor to fund development efforts with a focus on grant writing and reporting, database management, and event coordination. Through strong systems and reliable follow through, the Coordinator plays a key role in advancing organizational priorities and ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively.

Accountabilities
Coordinate and write grant applications in collaboration with leadership; maintain grant calendars, portals, documentation, and reporting schedules
Prepare grant reports and track deliverables, compliance, sponsorships, pledges, recurring gifts, major gifts, and legacy documentation
Maintain accurate donor records, process donations and tax receipts, and support donor stewardship
Coordinate logistics for fundraising events, targeted campaigns, sponsorship tracking, and related email marketing
Maintain fund development dashboards, revenue reports, booking calendars, organized digital systems, and provide administrative support

Qualifications
Post secondary education in business, non profit management, communications, administration, or a related field
23 years experience in grant writing, fund development coordination, or non profit administration
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives/deadlines
Clear, professional written/verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace/Forms, donor databases/systems, and online grant portals
